Our Process
Our success is ultimately driven by our ability
to more efficiently utilize the time of potential investors and
our investment managers. We start by understanding the client's
objectives and goals. Next, we identify the institutional
investor market segments that are most likely to have interest in
the fund. We tailor the manager presentation to that group
by helping the client articulate the investment process in a manner
that investors identity with and understand. A distribution
plan is then developed to lay out the critical path and a timeline
for document preparation, document distribution, calling campaigns
meetings, due diligence coordination, and fund closings. Progress
updates are provided to the client on a frequent basis. For
full-service assignments, we take responsibility for every aspect
of the distribution process and are fully accountable to fund raising
goals.
