Leadership
Peter A. Fish - Director of Real Estate Prior to joining Fortress Group, Peter was founder and Managing Principal of Sterling Real Estate Capital, an Atlanta-based real estate investment banking firm specializing in private equity advisory. Prior to founding Sterling, he was a Partner and Co-Founder of King Realty Partners, a real estate private equity fund. Peter joined King in 2002 after seven years with Lehman Brothers, where he served as Vice President specializing in real estate investments. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in History and M.B.A. in Finance. Peter is supported on each mandate by a highly skilled team of analysts, associates, vice presidents and other professionals.
