Representative Clients
We work with alternative asset fund managers in
a range of sectors, from traditional buyout and venture capital
strategies, to private equity funds-of-funds, mezzanine, and distressed
debt, hard asset, real estate, and emerging market fund strategies.
Fortress dedicates all of its resources to a limited
number of clients each year, and we will not represent multiple
funds at the same time that could be directly competitive with one
another, in terms of investment strategy or fund size. This
approach differentiates our firm from many other placement agents
and creates perfect alignment of interests with our fund manager
clients.
We are able to provide a full menu of placement services, from the
initial planning stages through investor solicitation and fund closings,
to general partners that lack have an established base of repeat
investors or internal marketing resources. We can also provide
customized services to established groups who may require assistance
in strategic planning, project management, or selected investor
introductions to add to their existing LP base.
